


It is the result of the climatic mixture of the soils from 2 estates; Fuentenegra and Galdara, merging the Atlantic influences of the first with the Mediterranean ones of the second.
They are 2 very different but complementary wines, which are prepared separately in 4,000 kilo container using manual plunging and no overpumping. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French oak barrels, where they stay for a total of 14 months.
It is a wine with an intense violet colour, which is very aromatic and full-bodied but also sweet and delicate. It is a very elegant wine that is now established on its own merits as one of the best in Spain.
