Alella
Alella is a small, officially recognised wine producing area located to the north of Barcelona, between the Mediterranean and the Montseny mountain that stands 1.712 metres high. (more)
Our estate is located within the municipality of La Roca del Vallès, in a place known as Bell-Lloc, which is Catalan means "beautiful place". It is an estate of 25 hectares, with the majority covered by Mediterranean forest. Given the special climate of the area, with frequent cold rainfalls that can leave 100 litres of water in 1 hour, we decided to respect all the existing steppes, even at the cost of making the work much more expensive, but also avoiding erosion and the loss of fertile soil.
We currently have 2.5 hectares for Sauvignon Blanc and another 2.5 for Pansa Blanca grapes, which are traditional to the region.
